DELIVERY

We’ll make every effort to make sure deliveries are made within the dates specified as per the chosen delivery type (although please remember that weekends and Bank Holidays are classed as non-working days).

US RETURNS

Free US Returns

Had a change of heart? Not quite what you had in mind? We understand! That’s why we offer FREE US returns – which we’ll be happy to refund or exchange as soon as we receive the product back here! Within 28 days of receiving your purchase, (or 14 days for reduced or sale products, clearance items not included) send the item(s) back to us via post. Just make sure your item is in its original condition with the tags still attached.

It couldn’t be easier…

STEP 1: When we ship your order, we will include a returns form along with information on how to make a return. If you want to return any items, you must complete the returns form and enclose this with the items you are returning. Once complete, remember to pop it in with your return.

STEP 2: Simply detach the returns label provided with your order, attach it to the original package and follow the instructions on your returns form.

STEP 3: Take the parcel (with enclosed and completed returns form) to your local FedEx Office. Make sure to ask for a proof of postage, and hold onto this until we can confirm we’ve received the goods back here, as without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

We’ll send you an email letting you know whether a refund or exchange has been processed. This is usually done within 2 working days of receiving your return into our warehouse.

Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 working days in the US, depending on your payment method issuer.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Please note we are unable to accept returns for clearance items.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can only be made for a different size or colour of the same product and are not guaranteed. Your replacement item(s) will be sent to you on receipt of the original item(s) being returned. If an item has been reduced in price there will be no credit.
