How to dress for Spring…

Dressing yourself this time of year can be difficult because number 1; you are sick of your winter clothes 2; it feels as though you should be wearing bright, fresh colours but 3; it’s still bloody freezing.

Pia have come up with an answer to this transitional conundrum and designed a range that screams Spring but also offers a touch of cosiness. Join me whilst I pack away my winter clothes and accessories and get ready to embrace bright whites, pastel shades, bold prints and metallics.

Carolina Coat

This duster coat is the perfect length for the Spring season. Just enough to keep a chill in the air at bay but in bright crisp white, giving a fresh new look to jeans and a top. Finish the look off with one of our baker boy hats like the Cali Cap (pictured) plush velvet keep it cosy and in this gorgeous, pale pink shade. A breath of fresh air compared to the wooly pompom hat you have been rocking since the Halloween fireworks!

Keziah Dress

Midi-length seems to be the perfect option for the transitional season. The Keziah dress is bright yet can easily be teamed with tights on cooler days. With a three-quarter length sleeve and relaxed shape, this dress is perfect for both hot months as well as being easy to style for an autumn/winter look. The coral red floral print is bright and refreshing after months of burgundies and browns. Here it is teamed with our Tamar espadrilles which look fab with shirt dresses and can really spruce up a pair of jeans.

Bomber jackets are totally having a thing right now. The fall/winter runway saw them lead the way for light jackets and the trend isn’t going anywhere. The traditional, military styled bombers have had their moment and more feminine looks are beginning to dominate. Embroidery and textures are a must and the Blossom jacket offers both. Gorgeous feminine florals with sheer panel detailing make it eye-catching and a real statement piece. On the other hand, the April jacket will go with everything, yet has its own unique floral embroidery, keeping it girly.
