Arrived faulty

The hat is nice but had two stains under the brim which I told customer services about they offered a free return which was not useful to me as would not allow time for a replacement before my holiday, I did feel I should have been offered a discount on a future purchase due to this, but nothing was forthcoming so a one star only.
